Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team of sales consultants, and help achieve sales and service objectives in a bilingual environment. You will coordinate merchandising, product launches, and coaching to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll participate in best-in-class training and play a key role in leadership development as you drive performance and customer satisfaction in a Florida store location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Salary and Compensation

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
