Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and develop a high-performing sales team in Monroe, NC. You will partner with the store manager to drive merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives while delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or customer roles within telecom, with prior management experience and strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.

• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
