Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes; complete deliveries and pickups.
