Job summary

JND in Seattle is seeking a Software Test Engineer with Chinese bilingual capability to oversee mobile software quality assurance and carrier certification testing for major North American operators. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of testing experience and strong knowledge of North American certification processes.

The successful candidate will perform end-to-end management of software defects and collaborate with global R&D teams, ensuring compliance and delivery of next-generation mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for mobile communication terminal products.
• Strong familiarity with testing procedures, certification processes, and node requirements of major North American operators.
• Proficient/Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) with ability to facilitate direct communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive mobile software quality assurance and carrier certification testing.
• Manage software defects end-to-end and cooperate with engineering compliance checks.
• Facilitate seamless communication with R&D project teams, leveraging Chinese language proficiency.
