We partner with families during the critical early years (ages 0-3) through our unique, strengths-based program, working alongside parents to offer:
Families join the program during pregnancy and continue until their child’s third birthday, attending visits with their Social Worker/Clinician every 3 months with their child at Room to Grow’s warm, welcoming Family Centers.

This position is full-time and primarily in person at our Family Centers in the South End and Dorchester, with occasional visits to our warehouse in Hyde Park.
