Job summary

LatinosIndy.com is a bilingual digital media platform serving the Latino community in Indianapolis and Central Indiana. We are seeking a highly organized Social Media & Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day content, sponsor campaigns, and project workflow.

You’ll report to the Founder and Publisher and plan the content calendar, publish posts in English and Spanish, manage sponsor campaigns, and coordinate with partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital content, communications or marketing.
• Experience managing social media for a business or organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar.
• Create, schedule and publish posts using Canva and CapCut.
• Write and edit social media copy in English and Spanish.
• Manage sponsor campaigns from kickoff through completion, including assets and approvals.
• Coordinate handoffs to ensure campaigns move into production.
• Track projects, deadlines, and tasks.
• Pull weekly performance numbers and prepare a status report.
• Make updates to Squarespace website as needed.
• Coordinate with contributors and partners.
• Keep community events calendar current.
