Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 2+ years of communications, content creation, digital marketing, or advocacy communications experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences.
• Experience with social media, email marketing, website management, analytics, and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and promotion of digital content across social media, email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, videos, and websites
• Manage website content, analytics reporting, and coordination with external web vendors
• Assist with digital campaigns, content strategy, and communications initiatives that highlight research, advocacy efforts, and coalition impact
• Support newsletter production, social media outreach, and communications project coordination
• Build relationships with coalition members and external partners to expand engagement and content reach
• Collaborate with global, multicultural teams to create engaging content for diverse audiences
