Job summary

Congreso seeks a Digital Media Coordinator to support marketing and communications through dynamic digital content across web, email, social, and video channels. You will gather and develop material to amplify Congreso’s programs, events, impact stories, and community initiatives.

The role reports to the Marketing & Social Media Manager and is part-time (20 hours/week) with a hybrid work arrangement at Congreso's main office and remote at home.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of social media content creation and management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Familiar with graphic design software and video editing tools.
• Ability to work hybrid schedule and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage content for social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Capture photos/videos and edit short and long-form content.
• Track social metrics and prepare reports.
• Support marketing campaigns and communications initiatives.
• Coordinate with External Affairs and program leaders for content needs.
