Job summary

Pluto TV is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support English and US Hispanic social media across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X, reporting to the Director of Social Media.

You will oversee content creation, editorial planning, and community management for @SoyPlutoTV, coordinate with the Creative and Social teams, and schedule posts through Sprout Social.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish writing, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a social media or marketing role.
• Strong, clear communication skills.
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent creative writing skills.
• Collaborative and excited to work with multiple cross‑function teams.

Responsibilities

• Route English and US Hispanic social media assets and copy to content partners for approval and coordinate updates with Creative and Social teams.
• Encourage content partners to amplify posts from the @PlutoTV and @SoyPlutoTV handles.
• Schedule all final partner‑approved posts through Sprout Social.
• Collaborate with USH marketing and programming teams to plan the @SoyPlutoTV editorial calendar for Meta, TikTok, and X.
• Develop creative requests and copy for posts promoting Pluto TV’s en español content.
• Tailor language for demographics (e.g., Spanglish for younger audiences, full Spanish for older audiences).
• Lead USH community management in Spanish, Spanglish, and English to give personality to @soyplutotv.
• Monitor major pop‑culture events, trending topics, and news stories to identify opportunities to boost awareness of Pluto TV’s en español library.
