Job summary

RJM Technologies in New York City seeks a bilingual Social Media and Analytics Specialist for a 3-month hybrid contract. You will develop and execute a strategic framework to grow audiences across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, while tying storytelling to program outcomes.

Under the direction of the Director of Communications, you will manage content, optimize campaigns, measure engagement, and report results with a focus on equitable storytelling and DEI.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in communications and/or social media.
• Experience with social and digital communications writing.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr and major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Experience in analytics and reporting of social media statistics.
• Experience building, growing and managing social media channels.
• Multi-cultural experience and DEI focus.
• Spanish language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, manage, and operate social media for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Build a robust network and audience across the nonprofit sector.
• Develop content and posting strategy across all channels.
• Provide social/digital support for events and campaigns.
• Optimize social platforms, including paid social, with innovation and paid teams.
• Engage with participants and others through feedback loops.
• Measure and report engagement and outcomes across channels.
• Ensure equitable storytelling and asset-based framing.
• Attend NYC office content gatherings once a month.
