La Causa, Inc. is hiring a Part Time Speech-Language Pathologist – Bilingual in Milwaukee, WI for a 10-month contract. You will assess, diagnose, and provide direct services to students with speech-language needs, developing IEPs and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Wisconsin DPI Certification, and bilingual Spanish/English. Competitive salary and benefits are offered within a school setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Wisconsin DPI Certification in Speech and Language Pathology (or equivalent).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Proficient in documenting and communicating progress per IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct services for students with speech-language needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff on IEPs.
• Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs.
• Monitor and document progress toward communication goals.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and required reporting.
• Maintain strong communication with students, families, and staff.
