La Causa, Inc. Charter School in Milwaukee, WI seeks a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist (bilingual preferred) to support students’ communication needs under the IEP process. The role includes evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapy services within a school setting.

The position is a 10-month contract with salaried status, overtime ineligible, and a salary range of $57,324.20 to $77,150.55. Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English and hold Wisconsin DPI Certification

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin DPI Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (#820) is required or preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
• Develop and implement IEPs with educators and families.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to monitor progress toward goals.
• Complete documentation and reports by established deadlines.
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in ongoing professional development.
