Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required (verbal and written).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Support assessment and evaluation procedures as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
