Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to keep the front showroom stocked, fronted, and clean, greet customers, and prepare sales materials. The role supports display changes, pricing updates, and weekly merchandising tasks with occasional cashier duties or delivery driving as needed.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and stock accuracy along with teamwork are essential for daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
• Stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep display floor fronted and fully stocked; support O’Reilly Image Maker duties.
• Update displays per company guidelines; adjust planograms and price labels.
• Remove sale materials when sales end and restore original pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Collaborate with manager on weekly store inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Occasionally serve as cashier or drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
