Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Franklin Park, Illinois is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Clerk to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, assist drivers, and maintain documentation in a cold storage warehouse environment. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, verifying shipments, coordinating with warehouse staff, greeting drivers, and ensuring accuracy and safety.

A high school diploma and basic computer/WMS skills are required, with starting pay at $19/hour and

Qualifications

Previous shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
Familiarity with shipping documents and inventory processes.
Basic computer skills and experience with WMS.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading trucks and verify shipments against shipping documents and purchase orders
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
Greet and assist drivers during pickup and delivery operations
Provide guidance to drivers regarding warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and paperwork
Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed
Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed
Communicate shipment issues, damages, or discrepancies to leadership promptly
Follow all safety, OSHA, and food safety guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized work area
