Responsibilities

• Receives and logs in all merchandise received.
• Maintains inventory in the central supply room.
• Assists medical staff in ordering supplies for the room.
• Coordinates incoming and outgoing interoffice mail.
• Delivers documents/materials to various agencies.

Skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Ability to perform numerical detail work

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of office procedures and bookkeeping

Education
