Job summary

RAAH INVESTMENTS ENTERPRISES is seeking an experienced Server to join our restaurant team. The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to meet physical demands including standing for long periods and carrying trays.
• Familiar with food safety guidelines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under stress.
• Food Handlers and RBS Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation.
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff.
• Check with customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Take orders and process payments at the end of the meal.
• Occasionally clean tables and complete front-of-house duties.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
