Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions seeks a bilingual Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex renovations, bulk make-ready, and capital expenditures in the multi-family sector. This role operates largely independently, managing 25-40 active projects or recurring properties, while complying with strict federal and site-specific regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience on high-volume (multi-site) construction, renovation, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including bulk make-ready and capital expenditures, from initiation to closeout using scheduling tools.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25–40 active projects or turnovers across recurring properties.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA/EM 385-1-1 and building codes compliance.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, progress payments, RFIs, and change orders.
• Source, onboard, and manage subcontractors across multiple trades.
• Coordinate pre-construction walks, onsite logistics, and inventory management.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder communication with clients, owners, and officers.
