Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. in California is seeking a Senior Sales Agent for Commercial Lines to identify and win new business in the commercial insurance sector.

You will build strong client relationships, present tailored risk management solutions, and drive revenue growth across high-risk accounts, leveraging multilingual communication.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional with 6+ years of commercial insurance sales and an active P&C license, bilingual English/Chinese.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful commercial insurance sales with active P&C license.
• Experience placing commercial insurance policies for high-risk clients in E&S market.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate new sales leads, obtain all necessary information to turn leads into prospects and clients
• Present proposals to prospects and clients, close sales, and complete exposure analysis
• Provide proactive risk management advice to existing clients and resolve client issues
• Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and cross-referral opportunities amongst existing clients proactively
• Stay informed about marketplace developments, competitive trends, and evolving consumer needs
• Maintain proper documentation for existing and prospective clients
• Attend training sessions and courses to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
