Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's J.P. Morgan Advisors in Miami seeks a Senior Client Associate who will support Financial Advisors in delivering wealth management to UHNW clients, with bilingual Spanish/English required.

You will own onboarding, liaise with clients and advisors, handle account maintenance, investment quotes, and a range of digital tools; this full-time role offers growth and mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses within 180 days of start date or must obtain.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding and account maintenance, collecting information/documents and providing investment quotes.
• Interface with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations and execute trades.
• Support a broad suite of products and digital offerings for clients and advisors.
• Perform daily admin tasks supporting Advisors and clients, including transfers and portfolio prep.
• Liaise between Advisor team, branch management, compliance and other units.
• Participate in local, national and technology team meetings.
