Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage customers with trustworthy automotive advice and clear interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to keep a motivated store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Promote products and promotions to reach sales goals and metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock, organize, and follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE when needed.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on parts and assist with basic installations.
• Diagnostics Support – Use tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
