Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, vendors, and visitors at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the store, parking areas, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and customer areas; maintain orderly access per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, escalating as needed to appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations to site management.
