Employment Solutions is seeking a full-time Security Officer in the Opa-Locka area to protect company property, employees, and visitors by monitoring access, conducting routine patrols, and reporting any security concerns in a timely, professional manner.

This bilingual (English/Spanish) role requires strong observation, clear communication with staff and visitors, and strict adherence to security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1–3 years of security experience requested.
• Florida Class D Security Officer License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine foot patrols and report security concerns.
• Monitor and control access to the facility for employees and visitors.
• Inspect doors, gates, and entrances to ensure security.
• Maintain security logs for arrivals, departures, and contractors.
• Observe and report irregular situations and safety hazards.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports.
• Enforce company security policies and respond to emergencies.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
