Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare fish and seafood for sale by cutting, cleaning and trimming.
• Keep the work area clean; ensure tanks and stations are stocked.
• Rotate products and verify proper labeling and dating.
• Assist with receiving products and quality checks.
• Wash dishes and utensils as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
