Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks a Certified Wellness Coach to deliver low-intensity, school-based wellness support and coaching. You will work within a tiered mental health system to provide proactive guidance and skill-building for students not in active crisis.

Responsibilities include brief wellness check-ins, group coaching, and coordination with families and staff. A California certification and bilingual abilities are required; part-time, non-exempt status with on-site placement are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Active California Wellness Coach certification or eligibility to register.
• 0-2+ years of school/health/community experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct student support with social-emotional and behavioral services.
• Case management including referrals and documentation.
• Collaboration with families and school staff; bilingual support when needed.
