We are proud to partner with the Northern Illinois Association and Community Unit School District 300 to bring impactful school social work services to students who need it most.

For the 2025-2026 school year, we are seeking a full-time, bilingual school Social Worker to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well-resourced district with a strong network of support from both NIA and fellow school-based professionals.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and outside agencies to support student well-being
• Conduct assessments and provide input on IEPs and 504 plans
• Implement behavioral interventions and crisis support strategies
• Support the social-emotional development of students across various grade levels (TBD)
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
• Passion for working in a school-based setting and supporting diverse student populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  
  

Schedule

• School Year: August 12th, 2025 - May 21st, 2025
• Orientation: August 4th, 2025
• Monday-Friday
• 35 hours per week
  
  

Salary And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $57,000 - $70,000K annually, based on qualifications and experience. Ask about our jumpstart program to start your salary as early as this summer!
• Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.
• Employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed.
• Benefits begin the first of the month after the start date. Benefits offered include:
