Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract School Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Glendale, Arizona. You will evaluate K–8 students in a bilingual setting, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations.

You will develop and monitor IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and ensure documentation and compliance with applicable special education requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Arizona DOE SLP Certification.
• Active AZ DOH SLP License.
• ASHA CCC with bilingual certification required.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card.
• Pediatric or school setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations for K–8 students, interpret assessment results, and develop evaluation reports with recommendations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students eligible for speech and language services.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals and provide consultation on intervention strategies.
• Maintain documentation, uphold confidentiality, and support compliance with special education and licensing requirements.
