Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers, families, and IEP teams to interpret results, make eligibility recommendations, and develop targeted interventions, while maintaining compliant documentation and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current certification and licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience conducting psychological and educational evaluations in school settings.
• Strong understanding of special education compliance and the IEP process.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated cultural competence working with multilingual students and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments for students referred for evaluation, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral components
• Deliver culturally relevant and accessible support services for bilingual and multicultural student populations
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to interpret results and provide recommendations
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise for eligibility determinations and educational planning
• Develop and facilitate individual and group interventions based on assessment findings
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
