Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a School Psychologist to assess and address students' psychological and educational needs within the school system. You will conduct psychological and psycho-educational evaluations, review results with parents and district staff, design interventions with the ARD committee, provide therapy per IEPs, and track progress to adjust services.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or as-needed), competitive pay starting at $55

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas School Psychologist license.
• Completed an internship in School Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine students’ eligibility for specialized services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
• Collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for and support students’ needs.

Education

Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology

Active Texas School Psychologist license
