Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Queens, NY invites applications for a full-time Bilingual or Monolingual School Psychologist to support CPSE services for children ages 3-5. The role operates on-site, following a school calendar with a 6-week summer program and built-in administrative days.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, prepare reports, and provide counseling under IEP guidelines, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. New graduates with state certification are welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Certification as a School Psychologist.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Monolingual candidates eligible.
• Proficiency with the BASC-3 assessment battery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children 3-5 in a CPSE setting.
• Prepare clear diagnostic, psychological, and behavioral reports.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to support behavioral/intervention planning.
• Deliver individual and group counseling and parent training per IEPs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary case conferences.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, social workers, SLPs, OT, and PT.
