Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools is seeking a Bilingual Scholar Recruiter to meet enrollment targets while building strong relationships with communities served. The role requires managing the recruitment and enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment, coordinating with open houses and family information sessions, and delivering bilingual communications to Spanish-speaking families.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, experience in K-12 settings, and strong Spanish language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a school setting, preferably within the K-12 charter school environment.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to think strategically and proactively solve problems.
• Experience with admissions software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruitment and Enrollment teams to achieve annual enrollment goals.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to increase applications and enrollments.
• Represent Gestalt Community Schools at events and outreach opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations to expand recruitment pipelines.
• Plan and facilitate open houses, tours, and family information sessions.
• Coordinate marketing materials and bilingual communications for Spanish-speaking families.
• Lead lottery processes in compliance with state law and manage waitlists.
• Manage recruitment to enrollment from inquiry through enrollment with timely follow-up.
