Job summary

Wireless Masters LLC in Hilliard, OH, is seeking a bilingual Sales Support Representative who will build relationships with customers through outbound calls and assist with inquiries, promotions, and order placement. You’ll document interactions in our CRM, generate leads, and support projects to help our growing company succeed.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and enjoy a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong verbal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work on-site in Hilliard, OH 9am–6pm.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through outbound calls and promote products.

• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
