Tennessee-Title-Loans, Inc. seeks a customer-facing sales associate in Memphis to engage with clients, ask the right questions, and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls and work 40 hours weekly including Saturdays, in a fast-paced environment with ongoing coaching. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and are fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Experience in customer-facing roles or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus.
