Confie in Everett, WA is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. You will leverage a high-volume inbound lead flow and walk-in traffic to hit sales targets.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service with a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with desire for growth and advancement.

$50000 - $135000 / year **

What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, though you will have opportunities to grow earnings with additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance.

The Perfect Match:

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
