Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our Cricket store team. The role is Full-Time/Part-Time with English and Spanish fluency required and a focus on helping customers find the right wireless solutions.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, tailor solutions, support store operations, and strive to meet sales goals and KPIs. Training is provided; unlimited earning potential with commission.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication, positive attitude, and basic technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy with neat and professional appearance.
