Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Austin, TX. You will deliver outstanding customer service, understand customer needs, and offer tailored wireless solutions while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

You will work 32 hours or more per week, including evenings and weekends, with a commission-based earning potential and opportunities for advancement within the district.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and professional attitude.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (two or more languages).
• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• MUST have reliable transportation to the location.
• MUST live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adheres to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Working Conditions

• Can lift up to 10 pounds.
• Can bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
• Must stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service.
