Job summary

Baytown Hyundai is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative who speaks English and Spanish to greet customers and guide them through new and pre-owned vehicles. You will negotiate pricing and financing, conduct test drives, and follow up to build lasting relationships with clients.

The role is commission-based with earning potential and ongoing product and sales training. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles within the dealership

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic."
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous sales experience required.

Responsibilities
