Job summary

Cricket Wireless through Mobilelink seeks a bilingual Sales Advocate to deliver outstanding service, understand customer needs, and offer tailored wireless solutions. You will represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and support store operations while driving sales performance.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends, have reliable transportation, and reside within 30 minutes of the store.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication and positive attitude.
• Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and tailor solutions to needs.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally to customers.
• Assist store operations and duties as needed by leaders.
• Work toward sales goals and KPIs with opportunities for bonuses.
• Participate in outside events to support customer acquisition and brand awareness.
