Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to serve customers at Cricket stores. The role emphasizes providing tailored solutions, building value, and representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The position offers training, growth, and unlimited commission potential, with a path to leadership within the organization. The candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong customer service skills, be at least 18, and able to work at least 32 hours weekly

Qualifications

• Fluent in two languages (English & Spanish).
• Clear communication skills with a focus on customer service and honesty.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location and willingness to travel within a district.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
