Job summary

Cricket Wireless is seeking a Mobilelink-Bilingual Sales Advocate in Bastrop, TX. This role offers base salary plus commission, with opportunities for unlimited earnings and growth within a dynamic retail environment.

You will provide exceptional customer care, match customers with the right Cricket solutions, and support store operations while working a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends. Training and tools are provided to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location and within 30 minutes of store.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by offering solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for additional bonus payments.
• May participate in outside sales events or promotional activities as needed.
• Attend scheduled events with notice; participation is a condition of employment.
