Position Overview

As a Manager In Training you will work in a hybrid role as a Sales Associate while participating in a structured training program designed to prepare you for a future management position. You will learn the role of the Showroom Manager through on‑the‑job training to prepare you for the opportunity to manage a team of associates in the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily management tasks for the showroom
• Handle customer service issues
• Engage with associates and guests to drive sales, services, finance and overall satisfaction
• Conduct training sessions with associates
• Help solve problems in the showroom
• Communicate and support new initiatives and processes
• Complete showroom inventory counts
• Shadow experienced managers to learn operational and leadership skills
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and learning from senior leaders
• Assist guests in designing a home they love, present products and financing options, convert interactions into sales, schedule deliveries, and meet sales goals
• Maintain showroom presentation and customer experience

Compensation

This is a commission‑driven position with uncapped earning potential. Expected earnings in first year: $65,000 or more during learning period. When handling managerial duties, $30/hour in addition to commissions. Upon promotion to Showroom Manager, compensation moves to salary plus bonus, average $75,000 per year.
