Job Overview

Our Customer Experience Specialists at Rebag deliver memorable, educational, and exciting experiences to clients, acting as brand ambassadors for our C.L.A.I.R. technology suite. They support our mission to be a top-tier luxury resale business by creating memorable experiences for clients.

Role Description
  • Engage clients warmly, promptly, and personally to make them feel welcome.
  • Understand client needs, interests, and passion for luxury items to create comprehensive profiles.
  • Educate and excite guests by answering questions and providing tailored experiences.
  • Build familiarity, comfort, and trust by collecting contact info and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide top-level customer service to all clients.
  • Follow-up via Rebag's CRM to build rapport.
  • Consult on market value of items using Rebag's Clair Technology Suite.
  • Aim to achieve monthly sales targets.
