Responsabilités

• Provide information to customers about financial services to increase Prospera Sales.
• Promote financial services to every customer visiting the store.
• Operate a computer and process financial transactions accurately.
• Handle cash from financial transactions.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory under custody.
• Keep supervisor informed of events requiring intervention.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
• Maintain a good working environment.
