Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate (Bilingual) in Orlando, FL. You will engage customers on the showroom floor, assist with product selection, and support store operations while working 9:00 am–8:00 pm.

The role includes potential incentive pay based on performance and a competitive benefits package. You should be bilingual (English/Spanish) and energized to drive sales, help customers, and collaborate with a great team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
