Mobilelink is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Metairie, LA to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor solutions for customers. The role supports store operations and aims to meet sales KPIs while upholding Cricket Wireless brand standards.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, have strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Evening and weekend availability is required. Transportation to multiple district locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages, English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• 18+ years old and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless professionally to customers.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs with focus on customer acquisition and brand growth.
• Occasionally participate in outside events and promotions as part of employment.
