Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Norfolk, VA to deliver outstanding customer service and tailor wireless solutions for customers. This role offers a base salary plus commissions and a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail setting.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish, 18+, and able to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends. PTO after 90 days and health, dental, and vision insurance are provided. Reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two languages; this role requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication; attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Able to work minimum 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of store and be able to work at multiple locations.
• Able to operate a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs and participate in bonus opportunities.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
• Events require notice and participation is a condition of employment, including engaging with customers and assisting with event setup.
