Job summary

Mobilelink, Cricket's largest authorized wireless retailer, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Tucson, AZ. The role offers base pay plus commissions with unlimited earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Training and tools are provided to help you succeed, with opportunities for upward mobility into leadership. You will serve customers by recommending tailored solutions, represent the Cricket brand professionally, and support store operations while aiming to meet sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Age 18+ and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and may work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; qualify for additional bonus payments.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotions as required.
• Duties at events may include engaging customers, distributing materials, and assisting with setup.
