Mobilelink USA is hiring for a Sales Advocate in High Point, NC. This bilingual role requires English and Spanish fluency and focuses on customer-first engagement, tailored solutions, and representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The position offers base pay with commission, a clear growth path, and benefits. Expect a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with PTO after 90 days and full health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills—Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
