Mobilelink USA LLC in Winston-Salem is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find the right wireless solutions, delivering exceptional service in English and Spanish.

You will participate in store operations, hit sales KPIs, and may attend events. Training provided, with a clear path to leadership and growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be able to work 32 hours/week including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages, English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills—attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
