Mobilelink Arkansas TN LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Jonesboro, AR to help customers with Cricket Wireless solutions. You will provide friendly, informed service and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends, and a path to leadership within a dynamically growing team. Participation in events is possible to support growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two languages, English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to provide exemplary service and honesty.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the home store.
